Key Responsibilities: • Provide reception services and handle multi-line phone systems • Type technical documents and maintain data entries • Organize and maintain filing systems for records • Process mail, faxes,



and courier documents efficiently • Manage office supplies and resources per pre-determined levels

Requirements: • Grade 12 education with Office Administration Certificate • 1 year of related experience or equivalent education, training • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written • Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Familiarity with general office practices and relevant regulations
