You will work across construction disputes, commercial litigation, contracts, lien matters, and related advisory work, with the prospect to help shape the next stage of a growing boutique firm.We are looking for someone who is practical, thoughtful, comfortable working independently, and confident managing both the legal and client sides of a file.WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will work closely with our Founder and the broader LEGALLY BUILT team across a mix of contentious and advisory work, including:Independently managing client files from intake through resolutionAdvising clients on construction and commercial disputesAppearing in court and handling procedural and advocacy workDrafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, briefs, correspondence, and settlement materialsReviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction and commercial contractsAdvising on liens,
