The Supervisor on this team reports to the Operations Manager / Content Manager and helps with the day-to-day direction of the team. Leading and providing direction to the team Training Contents Technicians in proper policies and procedures Communicating with cross-functional teams and clients Working with customers to restore personal and commercial items to pre-disaster state Packing and cataloging contents from disaster affected areas and creating inventory lists Cleaning contents and structures Cleaning fabrics and textiles Assisting contents/operations managers in performance evaluations and development of field staff Assisting with hands‑on expertise to reduce additional trips to site/cost Managing staff schedules and warehouse activities What You Bring

At least 2 years of experience in leading a team Technical skills: expertise in property damage assessment, restoration techniques, and construction industry knowledge Commitment to corporate citizenship, social responsibility, and values An optimistic outlook and a real desire to help Tech ability and comfort using Encircle, MS Office and Excel,ability to quickly learn and navigate digital tools and systems Exceptional organizational skills Physically fit (ability to lift, carry and pack boxes) and willingness to follow all company safety requirements Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal Valid driver’s licence & clean drivers abstract Clean criminal record IICRC certificate, valid or expired, is an asset Why You’ll Love Working Here
