- Review and analyze Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs)
- Participate in MRB activities and provide technical evaluations
- Prepare DMRs for customer submission as needed
- Guide production teams on disposition instructions
- Develop and maintain in-house training for certification programsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quality
- Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles
- Experience with non-conformance review processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
