Napoleon Products is seeking an experienced product designer/engineer to take concepts from sketches to 3D rendered models and detailed drawings for mass production. You will drive from concept through prototype to production, coordinating with R&D;, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.

The role requires hands-on CAD design, tolerance analysis, and collaboration across departments to meet deadlines and cost targets. Travel may be required for supplier and project meetings.
