You will drive full-cycle recruitment across Canada, partnering with managers and stakeholders to build robust talent pipelines and streamlined candidate experiences. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage communications, and ensure compliance with employment laws while maintaining data in Workday. Travel up to 25% may be required.
