ResponsibilitiesDay‑to‑day business performance, including delivery, throughput, and profitabilityControl and align work intake with production capacity to ensure achievable commitmentsDrive execution of complex, high‑reliability projects from quote through delivery with strong governance and accountabilityOversee and enforce project management frameworks, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality managementEnsure all work is delivered on time and within budget, with clear ownership of schedule adherence and cost performanceEstablish and monitor financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis in coordination with the CFOImplement and maintain performance metrics and reporting systems to track delivery, financial performance, resource utilization, and quality outcomesEnsure robust quality management systems are maintained and continuously improved in alignment with industry standards (e.G., ISO, nuclear QA programs, aerospace quality standards)Oversee shop floor operations, including workforce planning, labour utilisation, and productivity optimisationEnsure equipment, tooling, and infrastructure support safe, productive, and high‑quality productionEnforce alignment between sales, engineering, and production teams, resolving conflicts and setting prioritiesEstablish and lead a structured operating rhythm, including regular production and project reviews focused on decisions and performanceDrive accountability across all functional leaders (sales, engineering, production)
