Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing policies alongside Registered Nurse
• Facilitate communication with physicians and healthcare partners
• Notify physician about significant changes in residents' health
• Instruct Personal Support Workers on care activities
• Participate in shift reports to update care teams
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of geriatric and long-term care nursing
• Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario
• Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations
• Robust teamwork and leadership qualities
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
