With 112 years of history, we have a team of nearly 600 employees across North America. We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CS Rep) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication. The CS Rep will work closely with the various teams such as Sales, Warehouse and Purchasing. They will provide effective and timely feedback and support to internal and external customers. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner. Communicate effectively in English and French. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience. Utilize phone etiquette to always maintain a courteous and professional demeanor. Upsell products and services based on customer interests and needs. Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills & Knowledge: Good knowledge of PC's:



including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of ERP- Business Central (BC) is an asset Self-starter, with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing, energetic, proactive, positive and solution driven attitude with a strong sense of urgency. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Strong relationship building and excellent customer service skills, coupled with qualified time management, organizational, and communications skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow. Fully Bilingual: French and English Experience: Minimum 1+ years working in a strong customer service experience Education: Post-secondary Degree or Diploma or equivalent experience in the same field Work Conditions: 100% presence in the office -
