Jazz Aviation LP is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent in Kelowna to warmly greet passengers, assist with check-in and boarding, and manage baggage processes. You will operate our web-based reservations system, handle inquiries, and coordinate with crew and ramp staff to ensure secure, efficient departures.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and the ability to obtain an airport ID pass. Bilingual English/French is a plus.
