Salary Range: CA$45,000.00 To CA$50,000.00 AnnuallyPOSITION SUMMARYThe Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and other members of the sales leadership team. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments, managing product samples, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. Our Sales Coordinator will ensure smooth operations, from style selection to order fulfillment.RESPONSIBILITIESMeeting and Product Preparation: assist with style selection for meetings, seasonal trends, shows, and management reports, creating CADs and presentation boardsWork with the Cannux team to ensure styles are logged in NuxeoOrder Management: utilize internal systems to submit and procure product samples, complete and coordinate new orders in the New Order portalCollaborate with the costing department to meet margin goals for domestic and import itemsPartner with licensing teams to obtain approval for all styles before order submissionACCOUNT MANAGEMENTEnsure timely completion of orders from receipt to deliveryCommunicate product delays, changes, and shortages to sales and customersManage EDI orders and process orders with third-party logistics providersHandle returns, disputes, and chargebacks, and implement standard operating procedures to prevent future issuesRegularly review and implement updates to vendor manualsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSProven experience in sales support or a related roleAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, operate under pressure, and meet tight deadlinesBe self-motivated, confident, and energetic,
