The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine is seeking an Anatomical/General Pathologist for a locum to permanent role. You will collaborate with five pathologists to support over 20,000 Anatomical Pathology specimens and 2 million Clinical Pathology tests annually. Fellowship training in Hematopathology or Transfusion Medicine is a valuable asset for applicants.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide general pathology services to inpatients and outpatients • Manage high-volume anatomical and clinical pathology tests • Collaborate efficiently within a fast-paced lab setting • Contribute to departmental growth and development • Ensure compliance with health care policies and procedures

Requirements: • Current CPSBC licensing is mandatory • Membership with CMPA required • Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada needed • Experience in Hematopathology is an asset • Commitment to continuous professional development
