The role drives operational performance, optimises labour and equipment, maintains HACCP/BRCGS compliance, and fosters continuous improvement across the production team.

You will collab with Planning, Maintenance, NPD, Technical, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to meet customer demand and support recent product
