Ce cours met en relief le rôle de chef de file assumé par les professionnels des ressources humaines lorsqu'il est question de santé et sécurité au travail et d'indemnisation des accidentés du travail. Il passe en revue les lois en vigueur et les pratiques exemplaires en matière de gestion du risque, d'enquête sur un accident, de planification des mesures d'urgence, de gestion de la diversité (c.-à-d., répondre aux préoccupations des personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux en matière de santé et sécurité). Doit avoir un MBA ou une maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) dans un domaine directement relié à la santé et sécurité au travail. Doit aussi démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente dans le domaine du cours. Mode d'enseignement
