This full time role involves overseeing referee programs, supporting educator development, and ensuring high-quality officiating throughout the province. Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and oversee the Referee Development Plan • Lead recruitment and education initiatives for referees • Establish standards aligned with Volleyball BC policies • Maintain accurate records for registrations and certifications • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the volleyball community

Requirements: • Knowledge of volleyball officiating frameworks • Three to five years in sport development or administration • Strong leadership and project management skills • Valid Class 5 Driver's License in British Columbia • Current volleyball referee certification required
