Reporting directly to theGuest Service Lead, this front-line position assists guests, supports marketing initiatives, and helps ensure daily operations run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Guest SupportGreet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient mannerProvide information about the shopping center, retailers, promotions, and amenitiesResolve customer concerns promptly and effectively,
