Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, Charge Nurse experience, experience in conflict management and Nonviolent crisis intervention, ability to multitask and be a critical thinker in stressful and challenging situations. Must have moderate computer skills. Dementia care and management.Preferred Qualifications:Connect Care education would be an asset.
