The facility was recently renovated and is tastefully decorated.Sidney Care works in collaboration with the Vancouver Island Health Authority, to ensure quality care to all of our clients.What You’ll DoAs a Registered Nurse, you will take a leadership role in resident care, ensuring quality clinical outcomes while fostering a supportive and safe environment. Key responsibilities include:Coordinating resident admissions, transfers, and dischargesCompleting resident assessments and individualized care plansAdministering medications, treatments, and wound careUsing PointClickCare and other electronic systems for documentation,
