In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the engineering, strategy, and operations of endpoint management across the organization. As a change agent, your focus will be on transforming support-driven teams into high-performance engineering disciplines by defining standards and promoting proactive modernization. You will guide your technical engineering team to achieve KPIs tied to modernization outcomes and technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:



• Define endpoint management platforms strategy and architecture • Coach and develop a high-performing technical engineering team • Establish device standards and lifecycle strategies • Maintain ITSM platform and Configuration Management Database • Co-manage endpoint security posture with the Security team

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field • 4-6 years in IT or Computer Science roles • Expertise in Microsoft Intune/SCCM/MECM and Autopilot • Experience designing VDI/DaaS platforms • Solid stakeholder communication skills
