Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (engineering, construction, planning/scheduling), lead engagement with key authorities, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of all PLAA activities, ensuring compliance and alignment with project goals.You'll specifically take care of developing and owning the PLAA Management Strategy, including permitting plans and regulatory engagement approaches, but also ensure alignment with the overall project schedule and risk management plan.Developing and implementing the PLAA Management Strategy, including prioritization frameworks and governance processesEstablishing and overseeing PLAA tracking systems to ensure accuracy, auditability, and complianceLeading engagement with key authorities and stakeholders, managing complex negotiations and approvalsOverseeing the delivery of permits, land access agreements, and third-party approvalsIdentifying and mitigating risks associated with critical path permits and approvalsEnsuring integration of PLAA requirements into design development and construction planningProviding transparent and concise reporting, including dashboards, risk registers, and executive-level briefingsManaging and mentoring the PLAA team, fostering capability development and ensuring resource alignmentAll about youBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.G., engineering, urban planning, environmental studies, or related discipline)10+ years of experience in permits, approvals,
