Our financial services client is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to execute QA strategy for Salesforce CRM and enterprise integrations

Join a long-term enterprise CRM transformation initiative within the banking sector focused on digitizing and automating fraud workflows. This role supports the implementation of a Salesforce-based solution through manual and automated testing across core CRM components and integrations. The project will replace legacy manual processes with a centralized and auditable platform supporting approximately 2,000 internal users.

Must Haves

- 7+ years in Quality Assurance and software testing
- 5+ years with Salesforce CRM and integration testing
- QA methodologies , test lifecycle management , test plans , test cases , automated testing tools , including Playwright
- Exploratory testing , manual testing ,



and automated test coverage across enterprise applications

Nice to Have

- Testing Salesforce OmniScripts, Flows, FlexCards, and custom objects
- Testing integrations for account, card, and transaction data
- Financial services or banking project exposure

Responsibilities

- Execute QA strategy for the Enterprise CRM implementation
- Perform exploratory testing across Salesforce CRM components and integrations
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Validate Salesforce functional components including OmniScripts, Flows, FlexCards, and custom objects
- Test integrations supporting account, card, and transaction data
- Support automated test coverage using Playwright
- Verify workflows supporting fraud dispute resolution and onboarding processes
