Auto Wrecker Manager

KW Auto Wreckers is looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Wrecker Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our auto recycling and wrecking facility. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in the auto wrecker/salvage industry, strong leadership skills, and proven management experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the auto wrecking and recycling facility
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff
- Oversee vehicle receiving, dismantling, parts processing, inventory, and yard organization
- Ensure vehicles and parts are handled safely and efficiently
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate vehicle purchasing, sales, and parts operations
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and workplace regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure yard and work environment
- Troubleshoot operational issues and make decisions to keep the business running efficiently
- Work with customers, suppliers, recyclers, and other industry partners
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales, and profitability
- Enforce company policies and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

- *Previous experience working in an auto wrecker, auto salvage,



or auto recycling facility is required**
- *Previous management or supervisory experience is required**
- Strong knowledge of vehicles, automotive parts, and dismantling processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage employees and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Experience with inventory systems or automotive parts software is an asset
