This entry-level role involves working on various production lines in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Production workers/labourers are expected to follow safety rules, complete work tasks according to standard operating procedures, and perform physical labor throughout their shifts. The positions require employees to work 12-hour shifts with varying start times. As an entry-level role, successful candidates will have the opportunity to bid on other positions within the plant according to the collective agreement as they become available.Comply with all safety rules and proceduresOperate equipment to manufacture steel pipeUse various hand and power tools, gas torches, and measuring devicesVisually inspect the product produced at the stationCleaning of the work areaComputer data entryGeneral labour dutiesRequirementsMinimum: High school diploma requiredCommitment to safety rules, wear full protective personal equipmentNo experience necessary, but previous work experience in a manufacturing and/or production workplace will be considered an assetAbility to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, sitting,



climbing, crawling, kneeling, bending, moderate to heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds throughout the shiftMechanically inclined, with the ability to follow instructionsCommunication and teamwork skillsWilling to work 12-hour day & night shifts.
