About This Role

We are seeking an experienced qualified with a strong grasp of construction estimating and project management to join our team. As an estimator, you will work closely with clients and subcontractors, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality results.

What You'll Do

- Key responsibilities include site measuring, blueprint reading, and determining material and labor requirements for accurate cost estimation.
- You will also interact with staff, clients, and subcontractors, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Scheduling jobs and projects is another critical aspect of this role, requiring effective time management and organization.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for lining up subcontractors and trades, managing installers and carpenters, and preparing materials for each job.




- Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure timely delivery of projects and satisfied clients.
- You will also be responsible for ordering materials, preparing job sheets, and managing deliveries.

Requirements

- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in installation.
- Experience in measuring and estimating 10 years.
- Familiarity with various flooring and construction materials.

Nice To Haves

- Experience in construction is a plus.
- Installation of blinds is also a desired skill.
- Flooring installation experience is highly valued.
