Your commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our service center within our warehouse facility.This position is 5-days onsite in our Millcreek Drive, Mississauga, ON location, working regular business hours with potential shifts based on business needs including overtime as necessary.Job ResponsibilitiesManage shipping and receiving of instruments, equipment, spare parts, and tech tools for repair, refurbishment, and servicing activities across various BD businesses.Coordinate equipment decontamination and maintain accurate records for all business units.Oversee and manage inventory tracking.Maintain service areas according to protocols, SOPs, and ensure general area cleanliness, in compliance with company quality programs, including support of CAPA, audit and business needs to ensure appropriate site management.Perform regular cycle counts of spare parts, tech tools, demo, and loaner instruments.Work in multiple ERP systems to support daily activities, including SAP, ServiceMax, and others.Support with our Health & Safety policies and procedures,



promoting a safe working environment and adhering to company policies.Education and Experience required:High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years warehouse, shipping-receiving related experience.Fluent in English (read, write and speak).Knowledge and Skills required:Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments while managing multiple priorities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a hand truck for heavier items.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors or College education preferred.Prior experience working with ERP and CRM systems strongly preferred.As needed, willing and able to acquire, and maintain required certifications (e.G.
