- Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve advisor and employee experiences
- Analyze current processes, capabilities, and user journeys to recommend future-state solutions
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to conduct capability mapping
- Support the development of business cases, strategic roadmaps, and executive presentations
- Effectively engage with partners across teams and influence with key insights, formal recommendations and strategies
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulatory and policy requirements
- Research emerging technologies including Generative AI and evaluate how they can create business value
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Translate complex information into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
