OverviewThe Administrative Support IV – Client Scheduler supports Home Care operations by coordinating schedules and responding to clients and Health Care Aide (HCA) needs. This role requires solid problem‑solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with scheduling and addressing client concerns. The Client Scheduler is part of the administrative support team and works collaboratively to support team operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with the public and HCAs, is detail‑oriented, and maintains a positive attitude while working in a high‑pressure environment with short timelines and competing priorities. Due to a limited number of Client Schedulers, flexibility is required, including adjusting schedules or picking up additional shifts when peers are on leave or positions are vacant. The successful candidate must be able to work with limited supervision and provide direction and support to HCAs and clients. This role is vital to the success of the Home Care program and includes active participation in quality improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAs an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices,
