A leading provider of premier vacation experiences in breathtaking natural settings is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the operations of our on-site restaurant. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our resort.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing and developing a team of staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Implementing sales and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards
- Fostering a positive work culture and providing coaching and mentorship to your team

Requirements





- 3-5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or resort setting
- Robust financial acumen and the ability to analyze data to drive business decisions
- Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of building customer loyalty
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
- Flexible schedule, as this role will require working evenings, weekends, and holidays
