You will greet customers, answer calls, and provide knowledgeable assistance to ensure accurate and timely order processing. The role requires basic HVAC knowledge, the ability to cross-reference products, and willingness to attend in-house seminars. Occasional overtime and warehouse duties including forklift operation are part of the job.
