Become a Clinical Resource Worker with Lookout Housing and Health Society in New Westminster, BC. This full-time role involves providing crucial support to adults facing housing challenges.
In this full time temporary position, you will report to the Site Manager and work directly with adult residents dealing with issues such as addiction. Key responsibilities include conducting intakes, providing support, and connecting residents to essential services. You will ensure clients have access to necessary resources while maintaining accurate documentation of each interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client intake assessments at the shelter
• Welcome clients and explain available support services
• Assist clients with daily living activities and self-care skills




• Observe and report client behavior and safety concerns
• Participate as an active team member to ensure a supportive environment
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate, or minimum Grade 12 education
• Two years of related experience or equivalent education
• Current OFA 1 First Aid Certificate
• Familiarity with addiction and mental health resources
• Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable sector
