The Community Learning
Lead will ensure effective service-learning aligns with the MD program’s mission and objectives. This influential role involves overseeing the integration of community service-learning into the MD curriculum, focusing on experiential approaches and community-driven outcomes. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, guiding the development of partnerships that enhance students' learning and community impact.
Your leadership will promote equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout the educational experience. Key Responsibilities:
Design community service-learning experiences that meet program goals
Develop and sustain reciprocal community partnerships
Lead faculty and mentor onboarding and training
Monitor learner engagement and support mechanisms
Implement continuous quality improvement processes Requirements:
Master’s in Health Education or related discipline
Experience with community engagement and curriculum design
Knowledge of accreditation and assessment standards
Effective communication and change management skills
