In this role, you will be supervised by the Manager of Health Services, providing practical nursing services to patients.
Your responsibilities include administering medical treatments, actively participating in patient care coordination, and contributing to discharge processes. A focus on excellent and equitable healthcare is at the heart of this position. Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed nursing treatments with precision
Collaborate with healthcare specialists to ensure quality care
Coordinate patient care and assist with discharge planning
Maintain compliance with CLPNM registration standards
Complete required training and skill assessments as needed Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Active certification in IV Therapy and CPR
Recent clinical experience in nursing is desirable
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing standards and regulations
