Catalent is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate in Windsor, Ontario, to ensure compliance and quality in manufacturing processes. You will play a vital part in preventing quality issues by reviewing batch documentation and coaching staff on Valuable Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Your expertise will ensure products conform to both internal and external quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process reviews to guarantee cGMP compliance
Coach operators on best documentation practices
Verify equipment and area clearance during changeovers
Act as a decision-maker for quality issues on shift
