I’m looking for a key person to help build the next phase of The Merch Doctor.

We’re a growing custom merchandise company working with major brands, and we’re now looking for a VP - Senior Growth Manager to work directly alongside me.

This is a rare prospect for someone who wants to join a small, agile team of 4 with a high-growth trajectory. You’ll wear different hats, solve new problems daily and essentially ride shotgun as we scale the company.

We’re looking for someone with:
3–5 years of experience within the promotional products distributor or supplier landscape
Solid knowledge of the domestic supplier network (I’ll personally teach you the overseas product development component)




The ability and ambition to lead a team (with the medium-to-long-term goal of building account managers underneath you)
Nice to have: Industry CRM experience is a strong advantage, particularly CommonSKU
Most importantly, someone who is a genuinely valuable human with a growth mindset

This isn’t a traditional account-management position. It’s an opportunity to become a central part of the business, take real ownership and grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
