Were a busy family of five with three boys, ages 12, 10 and 7. Our kids are funny, creative and energetic, each with their own personalities and interests. Were mainly looking for someone reliable and kind who can help with after-school care during the school year.
Our oldest is autistic and does best with someone who is patient, calm and comfortable giving kids a little space when they need it. Our middle son is sensitive, funny and a big feeler, and our youngest is outgoing and energetic. We dont need someone to constantly entertain themthe older two are fairly independentbut wed love to find someone who can be a steady, trusted adult in the house, help with the after-school transition, snacks and general supervision until were home.
We also have a friendly dog and a cat, so being comfortable with pets is a must!
