Empower children at YMCA as a Site Coordinator for the Before and After School Program. This full time contract role ensures effective program operations in St. Catherine’s throughout the school year. Reporting to the YPHD Program Manager, you will lead staff and manage day-to-day program activities.

Your role is critical in fostering a protected, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate atmosphere for children. Build strong relationships with families and community partners while supporting staff development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervise all assigned program staff and support teams
Tackle operational challenges with effective coaching and support
Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards daily
Review and manage staff schedules and timesheets
Implement engaging, inclusive programming based on BAP guidelines Requirements:
Highschool Diploma or similar credentials
Minimum 2 years of related childcare experience
Proven supervisory track record
Robust organizational and communication abilities
Reliable transportation is necessary Be instrumental in shaping impactful childcare experiences in partnership with YMCA.
