In this Full-Time position, you will support organizational goals by applying your underwriting knowledge to manage risks and foster client relationships. The role requires a focus on coaching team members and assisting in their career development while engaging with internal and external clients Key Responsibilities:
Provide underwriting expertise in a client-centric setting
Evaluate and negotiate terms for new and existing policies
Confirm and analyze claims and loss ratios
Adjust policies according to underwriting guidelines
Coach and mentor internal and external business partners Requirements:
Two years of relevant insurance experience required
A university degree is mandatory
Actively pursuing or completed CIP designation
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
