Twin Hills Ford Lincoln Limited is currently looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department.

Responsibilities
Provide front-line customer service
Arrange and confirm service appointments (inbound and outbound phone calls)
Open and close work orders and provide repair recommendations
Perform daily and weekly reminder calls for service customers
Greeting customers on the phone or in the dealership
Explaining the nature of repairs
Advising customers how to look after their vehicles
Scheduling Appointments
Contact all customers that were unable to take advantage of their scheduled service appointment and reschedule the appointment
