Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Position Overview

A strong working knowledge and experience with WMS systems such as ShipHero, Extensiv, Helm WMS or similar software is a major asset for this role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role that bridges office operations and on-the-floor warehouse activity. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accurate inventory management, and efficient coordination of logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to manage daily logistics operations
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, shipments, and order fulfillment
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including cycle counts and reconciliation
Oversee cross-docking operations to optimize product flow and minimize storage time
Support pick and pack operations to ensure order accuracy and efficiency
Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation
Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory, and documentation




Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse and logistics processes

Qualifications
Proven experience in Warehousing & logistics
Solid working knowledge of WMS platforms
Experience with inventory control and reconciliation
Familiarity with cross-docking and distribution operations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of transportation regulations and freight documentation
Forklift certification (an asset)
