Join American Iron & Metal as a Shuttle Train Operator in Montréal-Est, Québec. Focus on the safe operation of railcars and maintenance of tracks Monday to Friday. AIM is looking for committed individuals to increase their team. In this full-time position, you will manage the reception and movement of railcars, working closely with your foreman. Training on recycling operations and safety will be provided, along with tools and career development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Operate shuttle trains to position railcars accurately
Use machinery to load materials and ensure compliance
Maintain tracks and switches in optimal condition
Safely cut metal parts using a torch
Conduct regular safety checks of rail equipment Requirements:
