Sunset Coast Bottle Depot is a small business in Powell River. We are quick-paced and customer centric.

Duties
Counting Express returns.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Return (POR) system.
Handle cash and count bottle returns accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized point of return area.
Assist customers with questions and guide them to correct areas.
Utilize effective communication to simplify return process for customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and counting.
Familiarity with POR systems is a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate what is acceptable for drop off and where it goes.
A positive attitude.

Education
Secondary school (required)
