Duties
Safely operate tow trucks and related equipment to recover, tow, and transport vehicles of all types and sizes.
Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks, ensuring they are mechanically sound and compliant with safety standards.
Assist customers with vehicle issues by providing professional support and clear communication during roadside incidents.
Use mechanical knowledge and automotive repair skills to troubleshoot minor vehicle problems on-site or during transport.
Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including details of the vehicle, location, and service performed.




Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating commercial vehicles in various settings.
Coordinate with dispatch teams to prioritize jobs efficiently and ensure timely service delivery.

Experience
Proven experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles with a valid driver’s license.
Solid mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive repair techniques.
Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism, patience, and transparent communication skills.
Certification in forklift operation is a plus, showcasing versatility in handling different equipment types.
Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety standards related to commercial driving.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, securing vehicles, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
