We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 20+ years of enterprise application development experience and solid expertise in the Microsoft technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design, solution architecture, and hands-on development.
Develop scalable applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and WCF.
Design and integrate secure, high-performance APIs and enterprise services.
Lead application modernization and migration from legacy/monolithic systems to service-based architectures.
Work with Azure and Azure DevOps to support cloud modernization, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce development best practices.
Collaborate with clients, architects, QA, business teams, and project managers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical planning, estimation, and risk management.
Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.




Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools for code analysis, debugging, documentation, defect investigation, and productivity.

Required Skills
20+ years of overall IT experience
Solid C# / .NET / .NET Core development experience
ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WCF
Solid enterprise application and API development experience
Azure & Azure DevOps
CI/CD and deployment automation
Application modernization and service-based architecture
Technical leadership and team mentoring
Strong client/stakeholder communication
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience with AI-assisted development tools is preferred
Banking, Insurance, Retail, or Financial Services experience is an asset
