Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and take their food and drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to food safety and handling standards
Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashing out guests at the end of shifts
Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar or dining area as needed
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and answer guest questions confidently




Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety

Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving procedures and customer interaction
Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work effectively in a hospitality workplace, maintaining professionalism under pressure
