Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a smooth operation in our establishment. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their dining experience.

Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Manage cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately using POS systems.
Assist with food service tasks, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area, including dining spaces and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from customers.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest needs promptly and professionally.
Support bartending duties as needed,



including preparing drinks and managing bar inventory.
Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions effectively.

Experience
MUST have previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
A passion for food service and a willingness to learn new skills in a quick-paced setting.
