This role requires a strong security presence, excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies in a fast-paced workplace.

Starting Pay Rate: $19.31/Hour

Schedule: FULL TIME

Responsibilities for a Tactical Security Guard in Belleville
Ensure the safety of people and property
Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors
Enforce safety procedures and standards




Escort and assist staff/visitors as needed
Intervene during an emergency or crisis
Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment
Be able to work well in stressful settings

Qualifications for a Tactical Security Guard in Belleville
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid security license
First aid certification required
Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
Ability to pass Use of Force and NVCI
