Screen Print Assistant/Quality Control

Screen print helpers are responsible ensuring that, inks and t-shirts are ready for the printer . They must also ensure that printing machines and screens are thoroughly cleaned after each job to avoid contaminating the next printing job with residual inks. They help by putting shirts on the press and taking them off the press A screen printer helper needs:
creative and artistic flair
to enjoy practical and manual work
positive problem solving skills
good interpersonal skills
to be able to work under pressure
Identify and troubleshoot common printing errors and registration mistakes.
Clean equipment, work area, and machinery daily.
Miscellaneous tasks could be assigned, such as garment counting, breaking down jobs, printing prep, etc.

REQUIREMENTS




You should be comfortable working in a fast moving, physical environment.
You should have positive math and counting skills.– we strive to get things right every time, every client.
a drivers license is an asset.
