Interior Health Authority in Osoyoos is seeking two physicians to establish their own practice over time in a lakeside desert community of about 5,000 residents. The clinic operates in a rural setting with 2 exam rooms per physician and access to an Office manager and MOAs, with collaboration across a designated Primary Care Network. Physicians will manage their own patient panels, cover absences, and may take ER shifts at SOGH in Oliver for a reasonable stipend, with remuneration based on
