Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a skilled manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food products
Use basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Able to follow all check lists provided in daily tasks
Contribute to reach and surpass store goals -Able to work in a team setting as well as independtly

-Understanding and following all policy and procedures, including but not limited to health and safety

-Willingness to learn and continue to learn

-Effective listening, written and verbal communication

Qualifications:




Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Robust communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner -Food Safety Certificate MUST be obtained within 30 days of hire
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and providing accurate change
