Fitch Group is hiring a Salesforce Support Triage Specialist – Associate Director to join the Revenue Enablement team. Based in our Recent York office, you will elevate BRM’s efficiency by expert case intake, rapid triage, and structured escalation to deliver timely support to global stakeholders.

You will analyze case trends, contribute to process improvements, and create scalable knowledge materials while partnering with SMEs to refine prompts and guardrails.
